Refund Policy for Seedlings
Thank you for choosing Ranjuini Apple Farm! We are committed to providing top-quality, healthy seedlings. While we strive for excellence, we understand that issues may arise. Please review our refund policy below.
1. Damaged or Defective Seedlings
If your seedlings arrive damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. To help us process your request, we may ask for photos of the damage. We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.
2. Incorrect Item Received
If you receive the wrong seedlings, kindly notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly send the correct item at no additional shipping cost.
3. Change of Mind
Due to the delicate nature of seedlings, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for orders canceled after purchase. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
4. Customer Responsibility
Once the seedlings have been delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper planting and care. We cannot be held liable for any issues resulting from improper handling, environmental factors, or poor maintenance.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed through your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
